This is a tournament for ALL AGES and ALL ABILITIES!
Registration Fees:
EARLY: $10 by 5pm, Thursday, 1/5
REGULAR: $15 by 7pm, Friday, 1/6
LATE: $20 (registration closes at the beginning of Round 2)
Prizes based on 32 regular paid entries:
1st Place: $100 & Trophy
2nd Place: $75 & Trophy
Top U1400/Unrated: $60
Top U1000: $35
Top U700: Trophy
If there is only one entry eligible for the U1000 prize, it becomes the 2nd Place prize in the U1400 group.
Rules: 5SS, G/20 w/ 3-sec delay (no time deduction), one section. Notation is NOT required for these matches. The most recent quick rating available online will be used for pairing. If no quick rating is available, the most recent standard rating available online will be used. Games are quick-rated only (do not affect standard ratings). Bring your board and clock! A ½ point bye is available for Round 1 only.
